Invisible Soma workshop
Invisible Soma workshop is an intimate experience that transforms heartbeat, motion, and collective presence into tangible expressions through sound and movement. Using a wearable sensor that collects the heartbeat of the participants, the workshop invites them to explore the unseen rhythms of their body when moving as a single and as a collective.
Through guided somatic exploration, improvisation, and collaborative creation, participants connect with their body and share their rhythm. At an individual level, they explore hidden rhythms of their body, gaining bodily awareness and emotional resonance. At a collective level, they cultivate connection, understanding, and expression, revealing the body not only as a source of movement but as a living field of data, emotion, and communication.
NOTE: For the execution of this workshop, a wearable sensor is used. The participants are invited to wear it if they wish. If not, they share their presence and the intimate connections developed.
