Wave Motion

“Wave Motion” is a project of the undergraduate course “Interactive Audiovisual Systems” of the Department of Audio and Visual Arts of the Ionian University with supervising professors Angelos Floros and Varvara Garneli. It provides an interactive experience with underwater nature and audiovisual elements that directly respond to the viewer’s movement.

Hope Zoe Papathanasiou | GR

Hope Zoe Papathanasiou is a student at the Audio Visual Arts department of Ionio University and mainly engages in interactive artworks, of abstract and gamified nature. She has participated in university events such as AVARTS Live Game Hub with digital and physical gamified experiences and the “Teenage Homelands” screenings for the 20th anniversary of the founding of the AVArts department at the Hellenic Cultural Center of New York. Starting off with a desire to combine her two loves, abstract art and technology, she discovered her passion for interactive arts and live visuals.
